Taking the time to move and promote the fitness of our staff and students at QAHS is an important part of our PERMA+ ethos.
Supporting us wonderfully to achieve our fitness goals, whatever they may be, is Mr Tyler Campbell who is not only a caring and experienced Personal Trainer (with a Bachelor of Health, Sport and Human Performance), but also a very talented Rugby star as well.
This year in particular has seen Mr Campbell achieve at the highest levels of competitive Rugby including:
- Queensland Premier Rugby Presidents XV where he was named in the top 23 players from the QPR Competition and participated in matches again the Reds Super Rugby Team during October;
- Representative Rugby Union for Bond University in the Queensland Premier Rugby Competition;
- Chosen to represent Bond University as an Elite 7s player in Dubai in the Emirates International Invitational Men's 7s Tournament upcoming in November this year.
Mr Campbell is available for fitness programs and support every morning and afternoon in our fitness centre at QAHS. There is an exciting program planned for 2023 including:
Monday – Morning GRIT Training; Afternoon Gym Programs and Support (2.00-4.00pm)
Tuesday – Afternoon GRIT Training (3.00-4.00pm) Morning Gym (6.15 – 8.15am)
Wednesday - Morning GRIT Training; Afternoon Gym Programs and Support (2.00-4.00pm)
Thursday - Afternoon GRIT Training (3.00-4.00pm) Morning Gym (6.15 – 8.15am)
Friday - Morning GRIT Training; Afternoon Gym Programs and Support (2.00-4.00pm)
