Lauren Luchs was announced as winner of the Business Educators Association of Queensland (BEAQ) Plan Your Own Enterprise competition for 2021. She has won the Queensland division and her entry is now sent off to the National division for judging.
Her idea was floating a business organisation called 'Colourful Earth' specialising in art therapy courses and entering the art therapy market in Brisbane. Targeting young Australians who have experienced psychological stresses and are seeking treatment through creative expression. Lauren was required to submit a 3500-word business plan for her business, Colourful Earth.
Congratulations to Lauren. Winning students receive $500 worth of prizes (donated by BEAQ). The award ceremony will be held at Corinda State High School this Friday 8 October.
